Facial tightening + contouring with Evoke

Evoke is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that uses controlled heat beneath the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin remodeling. The applicators gradually heat the treatment area while monitoring temperature, helping firm loose skin and improve facial contours over a series of treatments without needles or downtime. It is especially well suited to the facial and neck changes that follow GLP-1 use or significant weight loss — loose skin, a softer jawline, loss of firmness, early jowling or fullness beneath the chin — and to mild to moderate laxity from aging when you want gradual tightening without surgery or injections.

Before and after: a woman's face before facial tightening and the same face afterwards, firmer along the jaw

Serving Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Bella Vista and Fayetteville, by appointment in Bentonville.

The two treatments

Evoke Chin + Neck

A non-invasive radiofrequency treatment designed to improve the appearance of loose skin and soften fullness through the chin, jawline and upper neck. It treats the under-chin (submental) area, jawline, lower face and upper neck. Best for patients noticing skin laxity, a less-defined jawline, or changes after GLP-1 use or significant weight loss — and for anyone wanting a firmer, more defined lower face without needles or downtime. About 75 minutes.

Evoke Cheeks + Lower Face

A non-invasive radiofrequency treatment designed to improve the appearance of laxity through the cheeks and lower face while supporting firmer, smoother-looking facial contours. It treats the cheeks, lower face and the tissue around the nasolabial folds. Best for patients beginning to notice sagging or loss of firmness through the cheeks, softening around the nasolabial folds, or facial skin changes following GLP-1 use or significant weight loss — ideal if you want subtle tightening without adding volume or changing your natural features. About 45 minutes.

Each is $250 a session. For best results a series of six is recommended: $1,250 — buy five treatments and the sixth is free.

What a session is like

Evoke is a hands-free treatment. The applicators are positioned comfortably around the treatment area and gradually warm the tissue using controlled radiofrequency energy with real-time temperature monitoring. Most patients feel steady warmth and light pressure from the applicators rather than pain, and no numbing is needed. Once everything is positioned, you can relax while I monitor the treatment, the temperature and your comfort throughout.

How Evoke compares to what I already offer

Evoke focuses on skin tightening and facial contouring using radiofrequency heat beneath the skin. Microneedling and PRP target collagen, texture and scarring. Peels target pigment, acne and surface concerns. Nano-infusion focuses on hydration and glow. Botox relaxes muscles, filler adds volume, and surgery removes or repositions loose tissue. Evoke does not replace filler, Botox or surgery.

Easy way to think about it: Evoke = heat + tightening + contouring.

Combining Evoke with other treatments

Yes, Evoke can complement other treatments, but timing matters. A gentle, hydrating facial can usually be done the same day if the skin is calm and no aggressive exfoliation is used. Microneedling or PRP microneedling: schedule separately and allow the skin to fully heal before Evoke. Chemical peels: schedule separately and wait until all peeling, sensitivity and irritation have resolved. Botox: wait about two weeks before treating the same area. Filler: wait about two weeks, and always let us know where and what type of filler was placed.

Avoid combining Evoke the same day with microneedling, RF microneedling, aggressive peels, laser or resurfacing, or other treatments that significantly heat or disrupt the skin in the same area. When multiple treatments are planned, we'll help space them so each can do its job without unnecessarily stressing the skin.

Common Evoke myths

"One treatment is enough."

Evoke works best as a series of six because the tightening effect builds as collagen remodels.

"It melts the fat in my face."

Evoke is designed for tissue tightening and contouring, not aggressive facial fat removal. InMode describes the cheek and chin applicators as hands-free bipolar RF used to heat facial tissue and improve its appearance.

"It's basically a facelift without surgery."

Evoke can improve firmness and definition, but it does not remove or surgically reposition loose skin.

"If I don't see an immediate lift, it didn't work."

Evoke is a gradual treatment. Results continue developing as collagen remodels during and after the series.

"Skin tightening is only for older people."

Not necessarily. It can also be useful for earlier laxity and facial changes after GLP-1 use or significant weight loss.

The small print

Results vary from person to person. Evoke is not a substitute for surgery, and results depend on factors such as skin laxity, age, weight changes and individual response.

A brief candidacy assessment is completed before treatment. Certain medical conditions, implanted devices, recent procedures or medications may require treatment to be postponed or medical clearance before proceeding.

A series is recommended for best results, and maintenance may be needed to help preserve improvement over time.

Good to know

Before your visit

How to prepare

  • Avoid excessive sun, tanning and self-tanner for a week before.
  • Stop retinol and retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide and other irritating actives 2–3 days before.
  • No waxing, peels, laser, microdermabrasion or other irritating treatments in the area beforehand — and tell us about any recent procedures.
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin — no makeup, lotion, oils or heavy skincare on the treatment area — and remove jewelry from the face and neck.
  • Stay well hydrated the day before and the day of. You may eat normally — fasting is not required.
  • Tell us about any irritation, sunburn, cold sore, infection, recent injections or procedures, or metal or dental implants before we begin.

The days after

Downtime and aftercare

Little to no downtime. Mild redness, warmth, tenderness or slight swelling can happen and usually settles within a few hours.

  • Makeup is usually fine the same day once the skin has cooled and feels comfortable.
  • Keep skincare gentle and hydrating for 24–48 hours; no retinoids, AHAs/BHAs or strong exfoliants for about 5 days.
  • No intense workouts, saunas, steam rooms or very hot showers for 24 hours.
  • SPF 30+ daily, and avoid prolonged direct sun for about a week.
  • A warm, slightly tight or mildly pink area is normal. Contact us for significant swelling, blistering, burns, severe or increasing pain, unusual discoloration, or anything getting worse rather than better.

Going forward

How often

  • A series of six is recommended for the best visible result, typically 1–2 weeks apart.
  • Results build gradually as collagen remodels: many patients notice changes during the series, with continued improvement for 1–3 months after the last treatment.
  • Results can last for months. After the series, maintenance every 3–6 months depending on your skin, weight changes and goals.
  • Series of six: $1,250 — buy five, the sixth is free (save $250).

Common questions

Does Evoke hurt?

Most patients describe it as warm and comfortable, with some light pressure from the applicators. No numbing is needed.

Is Evoke safe?

Evoke uses controlled radiofrequency energy with temperature monitoring throughout the treatment. We also review your medical history first to make sure you're a good candidate.

How much tightening should I expect?

Evoke is designed to create firmer, tighter, more defined contours over time. It works best for mild to moderate laxity and is especially helpful after GLP-1 use or significant weight loss.

When will I see results?

Most patients begin noticing changes during their series, with continued improvement for 1–3 months after the final treatment as collagen remodeling continues.

How long do results last?

Results can last for months, and maintenance treatments every 3–6 months can help support and extend them.

Can Evoke replace a facelift?

No. Evoke is a non-surgical tightening and contouring treatment. It can create noticeable improvement, but it does not remove or reposition significant loose skin the way surgery can.

Do I need a consultation first?

No — both treatments are bookable online. A brief consultation and candidacy assessment is completed at the appointment. If Evoke is not appropriate for you, we'll discuss why and recommend a better option instead.

Is Evoke part of a membership?

Members receive their regular 10%, 15% or 20% discount on individual Evoke sessions or the Evoke series, based on their membership level. Evoke does not count as the included quarterly treatment unless specifically designated as a membership benefit. See Memberships.

Results vary from person to person.

Who it’s for

A good fit

  • Loose skin, a softer jawline, early jowling or fullness beneath the chin after GLP-1 use or significant weight loss
  • Mild to moderate skin laxity from aging — you want gradual tightening and better contours without surgery or injections
  • Sagging or loss of firmness through the cheeks, or softening around the nasolabial folds
  • Most patients are in their 30s through 60s+, but candidacy depends more on the degree of laxity and your goals than on age

Pause and ask first

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • A pacemaker, internal defibrillator, implanted electrical device or glucose monitor — or metal plates, screws, facial implants or any implanted material in the treatment area
  • An active infection, open sore, rash, eczema or psoriasis flare or other active skin condition where we will be treating, or a history of cold sores (herpes simplex) there
  • An autoimmune condition, a weakened immune system, or immunosuppressive medications
  • A history of keloids, abnormal wound healing or very fragile skin
  • A bleeding disorder or blood-thinning medication
  • Poorly controlled diabetes, thyroid disease, epilepsy, heart, kidney or liver disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Current cancer, a history of skin cancer, or a concerning lesion in the treatment area
  • Recent filler, Botox or other injectables in the area — or recent laser, RF, microneedling, chemical peels, resurfacing, surgery or any other facial procedure there
  • Currently taking, or recently taken, isotretinoin (Accutane). Having one of these does not automatically rule Evoke out: we review your history, the area and timing first, and decide whether to proceed, postpone or ask for medical clearance
