Your first visit can be a consultation, or a facial so I can actually work with your skin while we build your plan. When it makes sense, I'll suggest starting with a treatment — but there's never pressure to.

These policies protect reserved appointment time while still leaving room for real life. They aren't meant to punish — the goal is fair, consistent scheduling and respect for everyone's time.
Booking. A valid card on file is required to schedule. There is no standard deposit for routine booking.
Cancellations — 24 hours or more. No fee. Twenty-four hours gives a reasonable chance to offer the time to another patient.
Late cancellations — less than 24 hours. The first late cancellation is a one-time grace with no fee. If late cancellations become a pattern, a $50 non-refundable appointment deposit is required for future bookings. Habitual late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges.
No-shows. Every no-show is charged 30% of the scheduled service price. After a no-show, a $50 non-refundable appointment deposit is required to schedule the next appointment. Continued no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
Late arrivals. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean the treatment is shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and time remaining — a treatment shouldn't be rushed in a way that affects safety or results, and one late appointment shouldn't delay the next patient.
Payment. Debit cards and CareCredit are accepted.

Parking is on site, and GPS takes you right to Willow Park Rejuvenation, so you shouldn't have trouble finding us — we're on SE 28th Street in Bentonville, near Phillips Park. When you arrive, come in and check in at the front desk; our staff is genuinely some of the sweetest people, and that warmth carries through the whole practice, including Dr. Ramos. Everything for your visit is on one level, with no stairs or elevators to navigate. Get comfortable, and I'll come get you when it's time.

What happens at a first visit?
A first visit is a consultation: we review your health history and goals, assess your face or skin, and give you a clear plan with pricing. You are not required to get treated the same day. Most visits are designed to leave you informed enough to book later with confidence.
What should I bring?
A list of medications and supplements, any past treatment notes, and the questions you care about. Arrive with a clean face if you can.
How does booking and the card on file work?
You can book online. Within 24 business hours, someone from the Willow Park Rejuvenation team gives you a brief welcome call to collect a little more information for your visit and securely place a valid card on file — it is not charged at booking. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. Debit cards and CareCredit are accepted. Full cancellation, no-show and late-arrival details are on this page under the policy heading.
Do I have to book treatment on the spot?
No. A good consultation ends with a plan and a choice — including taking time to think.
